Being first time home buyers we were very nervous about the daunting home buying process. Lubomyr came as a recommendation and the process was absolutely enjoyable and painless! Upon meeting him he gave us his initial analysis and presented us with options. Lubo also gave us pointers regarding our financial situation to help better position our selves for a better rate. Through out the loan process, Lubo communicated to us timelines, updates, and explanations. We felt like we were in control, informed, and confident the entire time! Lubo never hesitated to answer our calls and always offered his expertise. We closed on time and without a hitch, thanks to Lubo's guidance and support!!! Thank you and hope to work with you again! Lubomyr is the person you need to help with your mortgage. He is smart, professional, friendly person. Lubomyr was always there when we needed to answer some questions. It takes him just a few minutes to figure out how much you are approved for. His paperwork is understandable and clear. We had a chance not only to buy a property with his help but to refinace as well. Both times it was fast and easy. It was a big pleasure to work with him. We recomend him to everyone we know! Lubomyr is the person you need to help with your mortgage. He is smart, professional, friendly person. Lubomyr was always there when we needed to answer some questions. It takes him just a few minutes to figure out how much you are approved for. His paperwork is understandable and clear. We had a chance not only to buy a property with his help but to refinace as well. Both times it was fast and easy. It was a big pleasure to work with him. We recomend him to everyone we know! He always answered all of our questions promptly and patiently walked us through every step of the way. Our 2 mortgages and an equity loan were handled seamlessly and in a timely manner.
