Came across Connected Investors though a buddy of mine I met at real estate school. Signed up with them and have been able to use the platform to connect with a lot of other real estate minded individuals. I've made a lot of money as a result of the people I met though the organization. During their webinars they both sell and teach. I learn a lot on the webinars but have also enrolled in a few of their programs like PinPoint Profits. I have been through their funding portal as well and met many lenders who can fund foreclosures and flips. I've run into a few questionable people though their forums but overall they do a great job moderating. Support is great and love their app.

The best real estate investing app I have found. Easy to use to search off market properties, post my properties, get funding for a deal or find cash buyers who are actually ready to buy. The desktop version is solid as well and where I go to connect with other real estate investors. Great education and Q&A Forum too.

The newest update is phenomenally better than the older app. Still a few little aspects id like changed and a couple of bugs, but an amazing app! Especially when taken into account that its a work in progress. Thank you CI team!

As far as their app goes - I had to change the notification settings to “hourly” because it was constantly notifying me that there where X amount of properties near me, if I could somehow limit that so I could still receive notifications in real time it would be perfect, along with making it easier to edit property listings through the app.

This is unlike anything ive seen before in an app. Highly recommend for any real estate investor looking for properties, help, funding, or just networking. I give it a double thumbs up and it looks like they have a lot more coming!
