I was absolutely devastated with all the damages to my house and my belongings from Hurricane Florence. I didn’t even know what to do and where to start to put my life back together. I called my insurance company and tried to get some help but with all the claim calls they were getting I could not get much help from anyone; I kept getting transferred from one person to another with no real results! After many days of struggle, I was told that my claim was approved at $5000.00 only. I could not believe what they were telling me and could not figure out how to get my house back together with only $5000.00. Neighbor of my mine, referred me to Falcon Restoration, said they came in and did all his paperwork and got his insurance approved at much higher amount and did all the work for him, he did not have to do anything! I was skeptical about this but since I had no other hopes, I gave them a call. Falcon field manager came in inspected my damages, took some photos, and took my insurance information and said they will get my claim approved; I remember, thinking to myself “I will see”. Sure enough, Falcon sent in their estimate of my house damages to my insurance company and worked hard to get my claim approved at $80,000.00; I could not believe my eyes! Once the claim was approved, Falcon did all the repairs. Their field managers and technicians are very professional, my house is back in order, better than it was before the damage, and I did not have to deal with the insurance company and getting run arounds. I am so happy that I called Falcon, Thank you Falcon for your hard work!

We were very impressed with the crew of Falcon. They had are water cleaned up within 2 days of the call. They were the first to respond after we called in to 6 different contractors. They were quick and fair with the price. they even helped us with the insurance forms. Great work!

My rental property in Wilmington was damaged by the hurricane and my tenants who were living there had abandoned my property without even taking any measures to keep it from further damages. Since my roof was damaged I had so much water came into the house and mold and mildew grew everywhere. Since I live 4 hours away from it, and working full time, I did not have the ability to do anything. Falcon came in and took pictures of all damages, documented everything and sent in an estimate to my insurance company. They got may claim approved and even had all of my appliances that were damaged replaced! They took care of everything from cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting and restoring my property. All I had to do was cover my deductible and Falcon Restoration did all the work. Once they got on the job the hardest thing my wife and I had to do was agree on what color we wanted the wall to be once they put them back.
