We bought this house when we lived in New York. It needed a lot of work. They explained everything over the phone and did the job. Our roof is huge and they did it in less than 3 days so we could move in without being in our way. I doubt you will find a better roofer on the coast. Great job

Had them refinish the hardwood floors on a house we were selling. They painted, replaced boards on the wood deck, hung french doors, fixed rotten doorways, roofed the detached garage and fixed a leaky chimney that had leaked for years. The crews did great and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them on the next project.

CFR is the best roofing company in Wilmington. They came out, walk me through the entire process, help me complete my paperwork, and held my hand along the entire step of reroofing my house. Unlike a lot of the other guys that I had knocking on my door, these guys are not storm chasers! I truly feel that if I ever need them again they will be here to service any warranty. The non-stop knocking at my door seem to come from those guys I just wanted the money and then when something happens wouldn't be around that's not the case with Carolina Flooring And Roofing.

I was looking into getting a new roof for my home. My neighbors across the street got their roof from Carolina Flooring and Roofing. I was able to observe some of the roof installation. The CFR crew did such a great job on my neighbors roof that I went over to get some information. David talked to me and pointed out various details about my neighbors roof. He then came over to my house to take measurements and gave me an estimate. He showed me pictures of some of CFR's work. They use IKO shingles which has a very good warranty and is Class 4 Impact Rated Shingle which is good for the winds we sometimes get in Wilmington! David checked in with me the day of and after roof installation. CFR is really focused on having Happy Customers!! I love my new roof

He did everything that he promised he would even when a vent pipe pushed through the ceiling in the bathroom he had our entire ceiling fixed in the bathroom at no cost to us and he didn't try to not take the blame either. I had a big name company out to quote me on my roof in Wilmington. The guys was pushy so I decided to go with Carolina Flooring & Roofing instead. Dave was NOT pushy, instead he helped me thru the process of claiming the roof with my insurance company. I will gladly refer his company to all of my friends.

The assistance provided was great. They showed up did the work and did it well. Dave was very helpful with getting our home owners insurance to cover the work, since the roof had been damaged in one of the hurricanes that afflict the East Coast periodically. His bid was in line with the others that we received, and he used a good quality shingle for the work. He was also willing to wait while we jumped through the hoops that our HOA required as well as those that were required by our insurance company. I'd work with him again, and am willing to recommend him to friends and family

David did a great job! Called him when we noticed a leak, he arrived right away, found the problem and helped develop a plan to fix it. He helped us deal with the insurance company and our HOA! I was four weeks away from having our first child when the roof started leaking, David was wonderful about ensuring the project was stress free and completed before the baby got here! He followed up with his guys, worked around our schedule, and answered any questions that arose. I have referred him to my mother the experience was so good. Job site was cleaned up after and roof looks amazing. Great job!

I met one of their reps at a community event that they sponsored...(kudos to them for supporting my neighborhood), but, I had them come down to my house and give me a quote, they did a full wright-up on everything an adjuster would need when they came out, and my roof was completely redone in aa couple weeks and all I had to do is pay my deductible and the insurance company covered the rest because the damage was done by a big storm.
