Signed up for the North Carolina Bar Membership system and my door guys logged in over 350 new members last Friday and over 400 on Saturday! Totally sick! In the past, if we were still doing paper applications we would have only do 30 or so. This thing is going to do wonders for the value of our business. Virtual bow to the tech people who created this thing.

I wish these guys sold stock because I would be totally in on that. the system they build is SO EASY to use and customers love not having to carry membership cards. When it comes to Bar Member App and software, BarMemberships got it going on!

ALE came in today to inspect and saw our new electronic system (BarMembership). They asked a couple questions, we clicked to the parts they wanted to see and everything went easy and smooth. This was the first time they showed up and I wasn't panicked that we were going to get it trouble because of membership stuff. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me. THANK YOU BM!

ALE came in today to inspect and saw our new electronic system (BarMembership). They asked a couple questions, we clicked to the parts they wanted to see and everything went easy and smooth. This was the first time they showed up and I wasn't panicked that we were going to get it trouble because of membership stuff. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me. THANK YOU BM!
Wicked cool system. i LOVE not having to deal with all that paperwork. Bring it on ALE...we're ready now!

This system is amazing. So easy to use, customers don't have to carry membership cards anymore, fast, points out underage people, catches fake IDs, and I don't have paper applications to store anymore! does it all.

Super fast delivery. I placed my order at 4:30ish PM and it was delivered at 10:00AM the next day. speed and convenience, it seems like this is what this company is all about. Looking forward to actually using it tonight. fingers crossed that everything works the way it looks!

Love the system and customer service. i call them and they answer or call back pretty quick and are polite and helpful their sales guy even gave me his cell # so i can call him direct. the system itself is pretty cool too - fast just as they say it is. I'm only gave it 4 stars because the kiosk and iPad I ordered from them did not come in the time it was supposed to. It was supposed to get to us on a Friday but it did not get here until Monday and we were really looking forward to getting it going that weekend.

I bought the Command Post stand and this is one killer piece of gear! The description they have on their site does not do this thing justice. people try an pick it up and think it is bolted to the floor when its not. IT'S JUST SOLID. Other bar owners keep coming into my place just to check it out.
We can BAN people in the system!!! We have a bit of a rough place and when people misbehave, they get kicked out and then banned. NOW, we can verify when someone is banned. They type in their phone number or we scan their ID and it pops them up in the system as “BANNED” and does not allow them to check-in! The system is even smart enough to know if they are trying to join as a new member and try and use a fake phone number! I hate to admit it but we had someone come in on a Wednesday night and they pulled a knife on another customer out in the parking lot. We told him not to come back, but that Friday he returned. There was a different bartender and a door person there and we would not have know it was the same guy if it wasn’t for the banning feature with the notes section. We don’t know if he was there to cause trouble that night or not, but he didn’t get in and that might have saved one of our staff member or customer’s lives!

really like thier customer service. it sometimes might take a couple hours for them to return a message but thats ok. they are a smaller company and dont have 24/7 people answering but they are based out of NC and I like tihat. keeping it on the home front - cool.

I'm a bartender and the boss man bought into BarMembership.com and I was not happy. The idea of having to scan people in to make them members...I was dreading the arguments from the customers. BUT, to my surprise, the customers LOVE it especially not having to carry membership cards with them anymore is an awesome feature. I stand corrected.

These people really know what their doing and they know the membership law inside and out and FINALLY, there is a real solution for us bar owners when it comes to memberships. Don't be fooled, yes, it does solve the membership problems but this is more of a marketing tool than it is memberships. We can pull up all kinds of reports and information so we can do marketing to our customers. After seeing it, we bought it and are VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS! These people are brilliant!

I WAS WRONG and HAPPY ABOUT IT. These people really know what their doing and they know the membership law inside and out and FINALLY, there is a real solution for us bar owners when it comes to memberships. Don't be fooled, yes, it does solve the membership problems but this is more of a marketing tool than it is memberships. We can pull up all kinds of reports and information so we can do marketing to our customers. After seeing it, we bought it and are VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS! These people are brilliant!

Where do I even begin!?!? Our bar switched over to BarMembership.com from another app and it is like night and day. The other app didn’t do nearly as much and was WAY more expensive. These guys answer their phone or our rep gets back to me ASAP. They have packed this product with all the bells and whistles and it is obvious that THEY KNOW THE NC BAR BUSINESS and all the crap we have to go through with the membership regulations. It is so easy to use and when ALE come up to our door and they see the kiosk, they automatically know that all my membership stuff in in order. I am a fan for life!
Really FAST, and our customers love not having to carry membership cards with them any more! AWESOME customer service. They answer calls and txts at 12:00 on a Saturday night!!! Who still does that these days?!

I signed up with Bar Membership and then did nothing with it for about 8 months. Honestly, I kind of used it to ward off ALE but then they got wise to me and I got a slap on the wrist (so to speak). We were paying for it so we started to finally use it. I WISH WE DID NOT WAIT. Now that we are fully implementing it, WOW, I kick myself for not using it sooner. We get SO MUCH DATA and information about our customer base! IT'S AMAZING!!!

easy to sign up and order equipment online to get started. Kiosk and iPad arrived the next day after ordering. really FAST! liking the experience so far.

kinda disappointed. I have to keep going into the website to make changes like banning people or pull reports. I thought we could do that from the phone. wish we could email people without having to export lists etc.

Customer service, customer service, customer service! Perfect. I had a question on how to ban someone (they started a fight) and called BarMembership.com at 1:00 AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning and they actually answered the phone and helped right there on the spot.
Excellent customer service. I called them just to find out more about the system as I had heard about it from one of our bartenders that used it in Wilmington. First of all, their phone answering system is really funny and there is an instant option to “speak to a human”, these days, that’s rare in itself. But, they answered all my questions, I felt really comfortable that they knew exactly what they were talking about, and I signed up instantly. Although it was not listed on their Web site, at the time, they sell iPads and the holders with a custom designed ID bracket that made the ID scanning click in a fraction of a second! The price was amazing low even with the lifetime warranty on the iPad. I am sooooo grateful that they are in business!

This thing has made life so much easier for me. It has completely taken the 'guessing' game out of calculating with dates in my head when there is a huge line of people waiting to come in. I feel better that I'm not going to get the bar in trouble by accidentally letting in someone under 21 and me getting fired because of it.
Bye bye paperwork! One iPad/Web system replaces mountains of old paper applications and the the problems that went with it.

As a door person, at first I didn’t like it. Just because it was something new that I had to learn and adjust to. However, one in place and I started using it (all of 30 min) I loved it. The age verification feature is awesome and cuts down on the fear of accidently letting someone underage in. Especially when super busy.

Wow, this system helped us pump almost 800 people through our doors all within a 1.5-hour window for a special event. The BarMembership team even came to help us out for this event and brought two of their own iPads (we ran 3 in total) and together, we got everyone (783 to be exact) registered as members and enjoying the evening.
Without this system, we would have had a line around the corner, frustrated customers, and mountains of paperwork to deal with… what a nightmare.
These people are geniuses. Highly recommend for any private membership place, especially high volume clubs.
