It was a pleasure doing business with the ALPS Group on our properties. Nannette Sciablabba, her maintenance crew, and you did an excellent job for us. Everyone was very responsive and proactive in a situation with quite a few moving parts.

I am writing this letter of acknowledgment and recommendation to inform you of the professional interaction with the firm the ALPS group, who represents the interest of the private bank as the receiver and the property manager on many of the bank's assets and interests. Our first interaction with the ALPS group with an asset of the private banks with the disposition of the properties at 1504 & 1508 Essington Rd. Joliet, IL. It is of my professional opinion that we were able to close the property as anticipated due to the cooperation and fast responses to our client's requests. our requests and inquiries were responded to in a fast manner.

State Bank of Illinois had the pleasure of working with Jim Paul and the Alps Group as property manager fro several of the bank's properties whether they are bank owned or in the capacity of the mortgagee in possession or receivership. ALPS has managed multi-unit properties and commercial retail properties for the bank. Jim Paul and ALPS have done a tremendous job in managing the properties and displaying the ability to stabilize the properties to provide the bank a positive return on its asset. I would personally recommend ALPS.

ALPS has managed multi-unit properties and commercial retail properties for the bank. Jim Paul and ALPS have done a tremendous job in managing the properties and displaying the ability to stabilize the properties to provide the bank a positive return on its asset. During their tenure as the management company for our building I felt that Mr. Jim Paul did an outstanding job in his capacity as the contact manager for our building. He was always willing to listen to our problems and concerns. He was quick to respond to any maintenance problems we had in a timely manner.
As per our previous discussions, the village of Lynwood did request you to have the iron fencing removed from around the model homes. The residents of the development complained to the village of the fencing being damaged in various areas along with the fact that they made the development look unfinished especially since no one was using the model homes any longer. We appreciate the removal of the fence since it does help with the look. I want to thank you and your company for its excellent work on maintaining the property. And also for resolving any complaint sent you in a timely manner.
