We would like to compliment John's Sprinkler System for having two professional and skilled Sprinkler Technicians like Carlos and Jeff. They reworked our residential sprinkler system in Orland Park. Our sprinkler system is 40+ years old and over 12 sprinkler heads had to be changed and reworked to cover our corner lot. Carlos' and Jeff's dedication to doing their very best was clearly evident. Due to their outstanding abilities, we were able to save our sprinkler system without having new lines trenched that would have added additional cost.

We were planning a wedding rehearsal dinner in our backyard and our system broke down. Julio came out on a Sunday two weeks before our wedding weekend to install a new backflow system. He couldn't have been nicer and he agreed to do it on his day off ( a Sunday) so that our yard would look nice for the wedding weekend. He and his coworker Gabriel are always cheerful and do very good work. We've been a happy customer for five years.

We have used John's team for over 20 years. They installed our irrigation system when we renovated our home and have serviced it annually every year. They are always willing to adapt the system to my ever changing garden needs and will help set up our fountain, add a layer of mulch or replace the pots along our garden terrace. They are terrific!

Thank you Julio and Gabriel, Julio and Gabriel came to turn on our sprinkler system for the Spring and Summer watering seasons. Julio inspected our backflow preventer and discovered it was not working. When he turned on the water it gushed all over the utility room floor. This could have severely damaged our finished basement. Julio took apart the backflow preventer and said the plastic component was damages, which is why the water came out gushing. He recommended we replace the 14 year old brass and "plastic" backflow with a 100% brass backflow preventer, which is less likely to leak. He installed the 100% brass backflow preventer and we look forward to many years of reliability. Thanks Julio and Gabriel for discovering the defective backflow and recommending all brass and not plastic and brass backflow preventer.

If anybody is looking for lawn sprinkler services I highly recommend John's sprinkler system, 16301 108th Ave, Orland Park 708.349.3522. I had one zone that for years was not working properly. I called 3 companies. The first was the orginal installer back in 1998. They said too many heads in the one zone, I said you are the ones that designed and installed the system. They said maybe water pressure dropped over the years. So they removed one of the heads in that zone. It helped but not 100%. They said it was the best it would get our water pressure must have dropped. The only way to correct it would be to install a pump to build up pressure. I called company 2 they looked and said it was a tree root issue, do to the neighbors trees. Did not have the tool with them to check were the blockage was. Said they would need to come back. Instead they called me with a quoted of $2000 to run new lines. I asked what about looking for the blockage? They said it would be a waste of time. Not satisfied I called John's sprinkler system 708.349.3522. They came out worked on the system for about 2 hours. The first thing the techs (Julio and Jeff) found was a head was cracked. The system worked but not 100%. They looked and found a leak in the line by another speaker head. They dug it up and repaired it. The pressure is so good now it was spraying the house, the neighbors yard and our shed. They adjusted all heads and spray patterns. The system works like new. I highly recommend John's sprinkler system.

These young men are good...prices are the best...ladies in office are more than polite...never would I use anyone else....I have had others but this company is more than just turn on turn off.

Visited with John in April and said he could to do the Job in May. Contacted John in May and said he would be out next week. Next week never came and he has not responded to any of our text or e-mail or telephone calls. If I could give him a 1/4 star, I would.

Very disapointed. They show up 1 hour late after I had already left my house thinking they werent going to show up anymore to only receive the blame that no one was home....Ridiculous. Go ahead and blame it on the coronavirus..

I REALLY wanted to like this company, but unfortunately I cannot say my experience has been good. I had an appointment earlier this week. They came to my house an hour early when I was not home, so we rescheduled for today, a 12pm-2pm window. At 1:00pm they called and said they were running late and would be here closer to 2pm, no problem. At 2pm I called and was told they were on their way but the receptionist would call them and check. After 5 minutes waiting on hold I called back and was told they were not done with their prior job yet, at which point I cancelled the service call. The receptionist was not rude at all, but rather didn't seem to care too much about my disappointment or inconvenience. I am glad their business is so good that they don't care about losing mine.

Julio is great! Knows his stuff. One thing is no one ever responds to email messages. Need to communicate a bit better.

Joe and Carlos came out to turn our system on and to repair a leak. They were excellent in every way, explaining and listening and working hard.

Been using these guys since my original installation in 1998. They open, close and do repairs to my sprinklers and it’s been working great for the past 20 years.

John's Company helped us save our lawn and trees. These folks are great at what they do and they deliver on time and I will always use them!

They have done great work maintaining our sprinkler system and adding to it. I notice that they did uplighting so I got a quote. Price Blow Away the other prices I got and the work they did was great. We are thoroughly impressed and our house looks beautiful

Johns Sprinkler Systems does great work and I have used a few other vendors and always had issues. John' s Team is great and knowledgeable and they are on time!

John's Sprinkler System is absolutely the best. Julio was very knowledgeable , courteous, and had everything fixed in a short period of time. I had two broken pipes and a broken sprinkler head all missed by my previous company. They arrived on time and called before. Could not ask for more. I will definitely be using them for all my sprinkler needs. It is very hard to find a company who is honest and responsive. Keep up the good work!
