I was very happy with the VIPGeeks. I called in the morning around 7 am and within 2 hours they had they were business. VIPGeek fixed my problem within 15 minutes. Thanks VIPGeek I will be using you again when the need arises.

VIPGeek did a great job and was able to retrieve my data! I will definitely use this company again for any computer issues. I called and VIPGeek came out the same day and returned the next!

Quick diagnosis of the problem. Noticed the computer was still under warranty and stayed to make sure all the tech support questions were answered so computer would be fixed under warranty. Saved me!

I am really happy with VIPGeek. I called them in initially to clean up the viruses on my computer, which they did in one afternoon. I haven't had any issues with that since. But then I started talking about how much I hated my website. The technician took a look, agreed that it was pretty awful, and offered to help me redo it. I am so glad I agreed! VIPGeek definitely puts in the hours, above and beyond what they have to. Ray comes out whenever I call to make arrangements, and still comes around to help me even after he finished the website. I am really impressed by the work they've done on my website. Before meeting Ray, I had paid a lot of money to someone else to do my website. That other person had come highly recommended with a great portfolio but the job they did was awful. My website looked and read like a blog. Ray and his staff came in, saw the decor and the philosophy of my salon and captured my business perfectly. The website they designed masters the experience of the salon. We are not done yet though! I wanted more pictures in my photo gallery and Ray promised he would sit down with me and do that. I see a lot of portfolios and from a web design standpoint, Ray really captured what I was looking for more than anyone else I could have found. I've already recommended him to everyone I know, and my friends are also very pleased.

My company laptop had a virus in it which Evan eliminated quickly and then he installed ant virus software which I did not have before. On my personal laptop he re-installed windows and the Open Office product, which I am very pleased with. He explained everything quite satisfactorily.

When VIPGeek arrived at our shop he introduced himself to everyone and the asked each person about their computer problems they are experiencing, then got right to work. He discovered two problem areas and addressed same. He is quite professional and an asset to your company.

I absolutely would recommend VIPGeek. They are an excellent company. They are very prompt, very personable, and I give them referrals all the time. All my websites are on page 1 of Google, and I have had not problems at all. They are a great company!

Speedy and thorough
VIPGeek has been very responsive to pretty much everything I needed. A few times they had to deal with things that were technically beyond what they normally do, but I have another consultant to help as well. I've known Ray for years. VIPGeek maintains the computer systems at our office and has done some additional personal services for members of our office at their homes. I'd recommend VIPGeek certainly. They're easy to work with!

Vip Geek has helped us keep our personal & business computers running without interruption, and has helped integrate our software across multiple computers at our main office. Vip Geek was extremely responsive & helpful when we had a viral attack on our system, which he solved in less than an hour.

VIPGeek comes out and services our equipment. The gentleman they have coming out is very, very good. My only complaint, is that they don't give us a call ahead of time. I'd like to know when they're going to arrive.

I called around 4:30 in the afternoon, and they had a tech come at my house by 7:00 at night. Great service and my computer is running faster than ever!

VIPGeek came on Christmas eve to fix a horrible network problem, which turned out to be two actual problems. He diagnosed them and fixed in far less time that I would have believed. I would definitely have them back and am considering making them the go-to guys for our networks.

We first contacted VIPGeek when we had a crash and needed to recover data. He was very efficient and knew what he was doing. We had a positive experience with him then. Then he told us that he could help us rank higher on Google through optimizing our search engine. We used to rank on page 32 of Google and now we rank number four or five overall, so he really helped our company to have great visibility. We were a catalog-driven company, but printed media is going the way of the dinosaur, because now it all happens on the web. VIPGeek definitely helped us remain visible and competitive.

I also have a few computers in Wisconsin. I take them to a small shop for repairs. Nice work. Fast and reasonable. Great group of guys. Evan would fit right in.
