Our elevator has been a huge help in our home. My wife, who has rheumatoid arthritis, can now enjoy the basement, ground floor, and second floor comfortably and safely. We have lived in our home for thirty-two years. We raised our children here, and we and they and now our grandchildren love the place. Installing an elevator has been a much better solution than moving, both financially and emotionally. To The Top was great. From my first contact they demonstrated a desire to help us find our best solution. The elevator, which was completed about a year ago, has worked reliably. The few initial glitches which did occur after the installation was complete were attended to immediately. And the elevator looks terrific. Guests have commented that it looks like it was part of the original construction of out home. We are very please and grateful.
