I have been shopping at AB Hardwood for 15 years already. Their customer service is outstanding. They are always making sure that i am taking care of. If i call them and ask if they can give me a better price on wood, Cosmin makes sure he will meet my needs. The quality of products is really good. I would recommend AB Hardwood to anyone. My brother and I have been working with Cosmin for 7 years. We highly appreciate what he does for us. I love working with him . He is very nice, fast and he definitely knows what he is doing. If I have any flooring questions in regards what type of glue needs to be used for the floor , he always gives me the right answer. I highly recommend Cosmin as a flooring expert to others. I have been working with Cosmin for over 10 years now. He is doing an amazing job. I really like working with him . He always answers my calls, fulfills my orders right a way. I never had any issues with him or deliveries. And on top of all these things he is a truly nice guy. The pricing in the store is great, that’s why I shop here for the floors and supplies. I have had the good fortune of seeing this company work from the inside out. It is an efficient happy well supplied source of hardwood for residential or commercial use. With their warehouse right on site you can walk out with all your product or have it delivered that day. We are lucky to have them in our city Chicago!

So far AB Hardwood is the best local flooring store. Richard is an excellent salesman . When I call and ask for the materials I need for my projects , he makes sure I get everything I need. It doesn't matter if it is a glue , staples or nails - he got me covered. Out of 5 stars , I am giving Richard 8 stars. He is an excellent salesman. Thank you for taking care of me!

I am the owner of A-One flooring . My company offers flooring installation in the city in suburbs. I have been shopping here for 7 years and i personally choose to come here more often compare to other stores. I like the staff mostly , i fell like at home and the service is also top notch . I feel like at AB Hardwood store the customer service is their first priority and it shows. I have never been asked at other flooring stores after the purchase how happy i am with the services and what else they can do for me to make me more happier. I highly recommend AB Hardwood flooring

I have been a long time customer of AB Hardwood. The customer service that they offer is excellent in here. My to-go sales man is Cosmin, he is very helpful in getting the materials i need for my projects. I come here every day to get my supplies and David is the one that gets me situated with that. He is always very friendly and gets me things usually very fast at the counter. I want to give a shout out to Laurentius because when i have technical issues rather is a sanding problem or a new floor getting laid down properly, he is the man that has all the answers for that. From all the above, you guys are all great but the special shout out I would give to your front lady- receptionist Simona. She is the one who greets people when they walk in. She is always smiling and super friendly and the first person which i interact with in the company. Without any hesitation I can say she is the face of the company.
