I was recommended to Irving Seidler for a DUI and drug case. I was impressed by his evaluation and professional attitude. I know he worked extra hard to get me a supervision and a recission of my statutory summary suspension. In short, he saved my driving privileges. I am grateful in that I did not lose my license and my job. I highly recommend him.and Robert Marder. Very polite office staff.

I hired Mr. Seidler for a driver's license reinstatement hearing. I have been revoked for almost 5 years. I have been to 2 hearings without success. Mr. Seidler guided me in the proper steps to take before the hearing. After several months he was successful. I want to compliment his patience and good attitude. I was frustrated and wanted to give up but he kept me going. I highly recommend him and his office. His experience and knowledge was clearly evident.

Mr. Seidler was very attentive. I called in the evening to leave a message for a call back when I wanted to meet with attorneys to see who I felt could help me, he spoke to me that evening. He had me in his office soon and even through Covid, got my case in front of a judge as quickly as possible and won. Even if we had not won, I would recommend him. He took the time to get familiar with my case from 26 years ago to open it and get it off my record. I feel he got enough information to represent me very well in front of the judge. I am grateful for his time and understanding with no judgement.

When I hired Mr Seidler for my dui I realized that I had a bad problem with alcohol. Although it was my first offense he convinced me to get help. I joined AA and have been sober ever since. He was able to dispose of my case without a conviction. I am grateful for his advice and understanding. He treated me with the most respect. I highly recommend him and his office.

Mr.Seidler represented me in a cannabis case. The prosecution attempted to introduce a lab report from the Illinois State Police that was unsigned. He caught them and the judge threw out the case. That was heads-up thinking. Thank you Mr. Seidler. I would definately recommend him.

I had a recent arrest for DUI in the northwest suburbs. My family lawyer recommended Irving Seidler who is an attorney in Schaumburg, Il. I met with him for an evaluation of my case. He recommended we get the police reports and video. He was able to obtain them before the court date. We reviewed them and he was not in agreement with the police reports based on the video. He pointed out a technical problem with the case and told me we were to plead not guilty. At court and after discussions with the prosecutor he was able to get my DUI dismissed and I was not to have any suspension of my driving privileges. He did a wonderful job in representing me. He was very professional. His 40 years of experience was evident. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Marder and Seidler by my attorney who does not specialize in divorce cases. I was served divorce papers by my wife. It turns out that she had a secret boyfriend for several years. Mr. Marder made sense of it all and did an excellent job in representing me in a fair way. His communication skills are great and he always returned my calls. His fee was reasonable compared to other lawyers I had contacted. I would recommend them to anyone who needs legal representation. I lost my driver's license due to multiple traffic offenses. Another lawyer told me I need an expensive secretary of state hearing. I was referred to Marder and Seidler. Mr. Seidler recommended we try to get the tickets off my record. Ultimately he suceeded and I got my license back with no reinstatement fee. I highly recommend them

I had a previous arrest for domestic battery. Mr Seidler got the charges reduced to a simple battery. I served one year of supervision. He got my record expunged.
